Intermittent Fasting Calculator
Choose your plan and the time of your last meal — the calculator shows when your fast ends and when your eating window closes.
How it is calculated
The time you can eat again = time of your last meal + fasting hours (14, 16, 18, or 20). The eating window lasts the remaining hours of the day (10, 8, 6, or 4). Food calories and quality during the window matter just as much as on a regular diet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does intermittent fasting help you lose weight?
Studies show similar results to standard calorie restriction: the eating window helps you eat less, but the overall calorie deficit is what matters.
What can I drink during a fast?
Water, black coffee, and unsweetened tea without milk. Any drinks with calories break the fast.
Which plan should I start with?
Start with 12/12 or 14/10, and move to 16/8 after 1–2 weeks. The strict 20/4 plan is not suitable for everyone.
Intermittent fasting is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for diabetes managed with medication, for eating disorders, or for children and teens. Consult your doctor if you have chronic health conditions.
